My light is too bright :c

Thumb and pinky are silver, ring finger is gold, index and middle is some sparkly black with a flakie top coat c:

Pretty & Polished Jawbreaker

There are some very creative people out there lately mixing up their own concoctions. I was able to order a bottle of Jawbreaker from Pretty & Polished last week and finally had the chance to put it on. And you know what? I absolutely love it. This white-base polish is packed with micro purple glitter and larger multicolored hex glitter. There are also some square-shaped red pieces in there, but I could not fish them out. With or without the red pieces, I still loved this look very much. These nails really do resemble Jawbreaker candies. :)

In these pictures, I have 3 coats on. After every coat, the glitters get “sandwiched” between the white base, but you can still see them. This is a jelly-sandwich nail polish in just one bottle!

Here is another layered manicure! You would not believe me if I told you the number of pictures I took of this manicure before I was somewhat satisfied. Unfortunately, I could not get the amazing holographic effect from Milani’s Digital to show up very well in the pictures. Oh well, I suppose this is something you will have to try for yourself.

In direct sunlight, the shimmering polish is so mesmerizing that I stare at my fingers even when walking in the streets, hehe. Dangerous, I know. Don’t do that.

The polish has a very nice consistency and dries with a nice, glossy finish. It takes quite a few coats before reaching full opacity, which is why I decided to layer it over Alicia.

Indoors.

I know spring isn’t going to be here for another month, but when I found these five beautiful pastel colors in my drawers, I couldn’t resist doing a springtime manicure. Also, I sincerely apologize that my watermark has been getting larger these past few weeks. Let’s just say I found some of my images being used improperly on the web (watermark removed, altered, etc.) and that makes me sad. I’ll try my best not to cover up the nails with my name though. :)
